John Hall of Canada’s Kittling Ridge Distillery makes his whiskies the hard way, distilling and maturing his grains separately, then blending them years later to make Forty Creek Canadian Whiskey. He’s won numerous awards for his whiskies over the last several years, and we’ll hear his story in this week’s episode.
