Since we're talking about history on this week's WhiskyCast #podcast, it's important to note that the enslaved men who worked at George Washington's original distillery had to haul all of their water in wooden buckets similar to these in use at the restored distillery at Mount Vernon shown in our Whisky Photo of the Week.
