The nose has notes of baked peaches, red apples, ginger, clove, a subtle hint of cinnamon, a nice oakiness, vanilla, and honey. The taste is good and spicy, with lots of cinnamon and clove balanced by honey, a touch of ginger root, linseed oil, and dark chocolate. The finish is dry and fades very quickly with touches of ginger, oak, vanilla, and a slight nuttiness. (September, 2015)
