This Bourbon has notes of caramel, honey, vanilla, charred oak, and subtle spices on the nose. The palate is spicy with touches of cinnamon, allspice, and mint along with honey, vanilla, and charred oak notes for a nice overall balance. The finish is long, smooth, and fades away gently. (May, 2019)
