This expression revives an Irish favorite from the past, and the nose is spicy with nutmeg, clove, and black pepper on top with hints of honey and fruit underneath. The taste starts off with spicy cinnamon apple pie, then turns sweet with touches of chocolate, honey, vanilla, and a soft oakiness for balance. The finish is short and sweet with red grapes and a touch of honey. Complex and unique.
