The ex-sherry cask gives this a rich nose full of dried apples, Christmas cake, vanilla, orange peel, nutmeg, and almonds. The taste is rich, smooth, and fruity with pears, peaches, plums, cola, caramel, and dark chocolate. The finish is long with dark chocolate, vanilla, and a hint of fruits.
