Wyoming Whiskey Bourbon. Image courtesy Wyoming Whiskey. These notes are for the original Batch #1 of Wyoming Whiskey. The nose is very smooth with fresh-baked wheat bread, fresh sawdust, orange peel, and subtle notes of black cherry and vanilla. The taste is mouth-filling and smooth, with mild cinnamon that has no bite, dried orange peel, and a hint of honey. The finish is long, dry, and smooth with mild orange peel and oak sawdust. Outstanding! (December, 2012)
