Sales of this limited-edition release benefit Yellowstone Forever, the official charity partner of Yellowstone National Park. This 5-year-old Bourbon has a nose rich with sandalwood, orange custard, and a hint of grilled peaches. The taste has an excellent balance of wood spices, toffee, salted caramel, chocolate, and honey. The finish is long with hints of citrus, peppercorns, and a soft oakiness. Very nice. (June, 2022)
