Country: USA

Region: Wyoming

Type: Bourbon

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 46%

Score: 94 Points

This is the first in an annual series of releases to benefit the National Parks Foundation, and is a 5-year-old Straight Bourbon from the folks at Wyoming Whiskey in Kirby, Wyoming. The nose has notes of honey, caramel, straw, pipe tobacco, subtle touches of dried fruits, and hints of oak and leather. The taste is rich with dark chocolate, honey, vanilla, gentle spices, and a hint of caramel candy. The finish is long and gentle with hints of ground peppercorns, caramel, and oak. Excellent!
