The 2017 edition of this annual release has a good blend of clove, allspice, toasted oak, honey, vanilla, and dried leaves on the nose. The taste is thick, chewy, and spicy with black pepper, clove, and allspice, along with honey, vanilla, caramel candy, and a hint of lemon zest. The finish is long and slightly dry with good lingering spices. Very nice! (January, 2018)
