The nose is light and complex with touches of molasses, brown sugar, and honey. The taste is surprisingly spicy with lemony undertones, intense cinnamon with touch of molasses coming out as spice fades and a hint of honey as well. The finish is long and slightly tart with lemon and black tea notes.
