This Bottled in Bond wheated Bourbon has a rich nose with touches of star anise, honey, vanilla, and a hint of lemon zest. The taste is slightly tart with a hint of citrus, white pepper, honey, and vanilla notes. The finish is long and tart with a hint of spice. Excellent! (June, 2024)
