Actor Matthew McConaughey’s signature may be on the bottle, but it’s Eddie Russell’s Bourbon inside – and that’s what counts!
The nose is gentle and sweet with touches of caramel, fudge, vanilla, and honey. The taste is chewy and thick with good spicy notes of black pepper and allspice balanced by honey, vanilla, and hints of milk chocolate as the spices fade, with a nice touch of charred oak in the background that holds it all together. The finish is long with gently fading spices. (July, 2018)
