This blend of Bourbons from Outsider Spirits and country music star Eric Church is finished with French Oak and American Oak staves, and the nose has touches of caramel, vanilla, honey, and dried fruits. The taste is full of leather, clove, cinnamon, tobacco, vanilla, honey, and a hint of dried fruits. The finish is long and oak-driven with honey and vanilla underneath. (April, 2024)
