This American single malt is finished in French Calvados casks, and the nose has touches of caramel-covered apples, black cherries, crème brûlée, and hints of tropical fruits. The taste has a nice balance of fruity sweetness and subtle spices, with touches of apples that mix well with mango and papaya notes. The finish is medium-length with tropical fruits and a hint of caramel-covered apples. Nice! (July, 2022)
