This is the first Rye whiskey from Kentucky’s O.Z. Tyler Distillery, and is bottled by Latitude Beverage. The nose has notes of baking spices, a hint of dill, honey, vanilla, and a touch of caramel. The taste has good rye spices along with honey, molasses, dill, caramel, and a hint of oak. The finish is long and spicy with subtle touches of sweetness and oak. (January, 2020)
