Portland’s Westward Whiskey distilled this whiskey from a mashbill of 88% malted barley and 12% malted rye for members of the Westward Whiskey Club. The nose has citrusy touches of tangerines and nectarines along with a hint of roasted nuts. The taste has baking spices complemented by hints of green apples and honey. The finish has lingering spices with hints of coconut and citrus fruits. (June, 2023)
