Country: USA

Region: Oregon

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 45%

Score: 92 Points

This single barrel release was exclusively for Westward’s club members, and was finished in a Pinot Noir Rosé wine cask from Oregon’s Hobbes Family Estate winery. The nose has a good balance of fruitiness and earthy character with touches of red grapes, raisins, and a hint of chocolate. The taste is thick and chewy with dark fruits and a nice spiciness. The finish is long and spicy with a hint of oak and lingering fruitiness. (July, 2022)
