This is the 8th release of Garryana, which uses casks made from Pacific Northwest Garry Oak as part of the blend. The nose has touches of plums, apricots, anise, cooked fruits, and honey. The taste has notes of cooked fruits, plums, almond oil, and baking chocolate. The finish is long with a subtle hint of spice. (October, 2023)
