Country: Canada

Region: Ontario

Type: Oat Whisky

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 63.24%

Score: 92 Points

Wayne Gretzky Estates head distiller Tim Wilson made four casks of this 6 1/2 year old oat whisky, and the results are stunning. The nose is grainy with cereal notes, cocoa, and vanilla. The taste is full-bodied, dry, and spicy with cinnamon and black pepper spices balanced by honey, oatmeal, and vanilla. The finish is long and dry with lingering spices. One of the few oat whiskies on the market, and well worth searching out! (October, 2024)
