This Irish single malt was created in collaboration with French artist Nathanael Koffi, and the nose is malty with touches of honey, vanilla, and dried fruits. The taste is malty with notes of barley sugar, a nice kick of allspice, dried fruits, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long with a lingering touch of allspice. (December, 2023)
