This straight rye whiskey is bottled at 50% ABV, and the nose has notes of baking spices, honey, vanilla, and a hint of peaches. The taste balances cinnamon and clove spices with honey, vanilla, peaches, and a hint of red apples. The finish is long and mellow with lingering spices. (July, 2024)
