This 12-year-old Irish Moscato wine cask-finished whiskey was bottled for the Canadian market and distilled at Great Northern Distillery. The nose has touches of lemon zest, vanilla custard, and dried flowers. The taste is creamy with a subtle tartness and a biscuity character along with touches of vanilla, honey, and green apples. The finish is long and tart with a touch of citrus. (November, 2023)
