This debut single malt whisky from Yukon Spirits in Whitehorse, Yukon has a vibrant yet smooth nose with notes of vanilla cream, honeydew melons, honeycomb, soft oak, and a nice maltiness. The taste has a cinnamon candy spiciness balanced by honey, peaches, nectarines, oak, and vanilla. The finish fades smoothly with a gentle cinnamon spiciness, oak, cedar, and hints of fruit.
