This Canadian single malt from Yukon’s Two Brewers is matured in PX Sherry casks, and the nose is grain-forward with touches of honey and soft spices. The taste is thick and luscious with spicy touches of cinnamon bark and allspice balanced by honey, vanilla, and barley sugar maltiness. The finish is long and well-rounded. Excellent!
