This single malt from Yukon Spirits in Whitehorse, Yukon was matured in ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. The nose is fruity and complex with tropical fruits, subtle spices, and a good maltiness. The taste is creamy and fruity with a nice balance of spices, touches of tropical fruits, and a subtle hint of toffee. The finish is long, lingering, and fruity with a nice sweetness. Excellent!
