Image courtesy Tullamore D.E.W./William Grant & Sons.This travel retail exclusive was finished in Demerara Rum casks from the Caribbean, and the rum influence adds an even sweeter note to the whiskey. The nose has notes of molasses and honey, along with pears, raisins, and cooked banana. The taste is sweet with soft spices, molasses, raisins, brown sugar, banana, and a hint of coconut. The finish fades away gradually with subtle spices. (October, 2017)
