Wes Henderson’s return to the whiskey business starts with this Bourbon finished in Moscatel wine casks. The nose has notes of white grapes, ginger, and dried flowers for a light, aromatic aroma. The taste has a nice balance of caramel, white pepper, white grapes, ginger snap cookies, kiwi fruit, and citrus. The finish is long with citrus fruits and a hint of spice. (October, 2024)
