The final release in Torabhaig’s Legacy Series of single malts, this cask-strength whopper has a smoky and briny nose with a touch of maltiness and hints of smoked salmon and lemon pepper spice. The taste is thick, oily, and very spicy with lemon pepper, allspice, and ground peppercorns, while a subtle smokiness lingers in the background along with hints of smoked salmon and honey. The finish is long with lingering spices and smoke. Excellent! (December, 2023)
