This is a no-age-statement permanent addition to Tomatin’s core range, and is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and virgin oak casks. The nose os very aromatic with notes of vanilla, pineapple upside-down cake, and lemon peel. The taste is fruity with a good balance of sweetness and citrusy tartness, pineapple upside-down cake, hints of lemon peel. pine needles and mint. The finish is crisp and tart with lemon and pineapple notes. (April, 2013)
