This expression features a mix of ex-Bourbon and ex-Tempranillo wine casks, and the nose is warm and spicy with allspice, soft cinnamon, roasted almonds, and baked apples. The taste has a butterscotch note that leads into a cinnamon blast that fades slowly to reveal notes of apple pie, red grapes, vanilla, and honey. The finish is long and sweet with hints of apple pie and nutmeg.
