Type: Single Malt

This single cask bottling came from a 13-year-old hogshead cask filled in 2007, and the nose has touches of lemongrass, heather, honey, soft oak, and hints of brine and smoked salmon. The taste has a light peatiness with a lemony tartness and a touch of pepper complemented by hints of honey, soft oak, and brine in the background. The finish is long and tart with a hint of peat smoke. (February, 2022)
