The Singleton of Glendullan 15. Image courtesy Diageo. This Speyside single malt has a fruity, light nose with notes of apples, peaches, muted spices, a soft oakiness, and hints of butterscotch and honey. The taste starts off fruity and tart, followed closely by a nice spicy touch with notes of clove and white pepper nicely balancing red apples, peaches, a hint of orange peel, honey, and butterscotch. The finish has lingering spices with a fruity tartness. (November, 2016)
