The Singleton of Dufftown Tailfire. Image courtesy Diageo. One of two special editions of The Singleton of Dufftown (along with Sunray), the nose has soft spices, dried fruits, butterscotch, and caramel candy notes, along with a soft oakiness. The taste starts off light and clean, with a good balance of spices and dried fruits that develops slowly – don’t rush this one. The finish is smooth and lingering with a nice balance. (January, 2018)
