This 40-year-old blended Scotch was created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of The Last Drop Distillers, and the nose is fruity and floral with touches of fresh roses, honey, apricots, pears, and a kiss of smoke. The taste is fruity with apricots, pears, apples, fresh dates, and a gentle hint of smoke, while the finish is long and dry with that same gentle touch of smoke. Excellent! (May, 2024)
