The whiskey is a blend of 70% Irish single malt and 30% Irish Single Pot Still whiskey finished in Italian Marsala wine casks, and the nose is dry and fruity with touches of peaches, apricots, soft spices, and a subtle sweetness. The taste has good spicy notes with touches of clove, apricots, peach pie with a graham cracker pie crust, and honey. The finish is long and subtle. Very nice. (April, 2018)
