The nose is buttery and malty with notes of linseed oil, lemon zest, honey, butterscotch, and muted spices. The taste starts off malty, followed by a good buildup of white pepper along with notes of lemon zest, linseed oil, butterscotch, and honey in good balance. The finish has lingering white pepper spice, along with honey and a touch of butterscotch. Simple and clean. (March, 2015)
