This is the flagship single malt from St. George’s Distillery in Norfolk, and is matured in ex-Bourbon casks. The nose is malty and fruity with notes of tree fruits, honey, and vanilla. The taste has a citrusy tartness with lemon pepper spice, honey, vanilla, barley sugar, and a hint of butterscotch. The finish has a lingering tartness with a hint of malt. (April, 2018)
