Sullivan’s Cove American Cask

Country: Australia

Region:

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 47.5%

Score: 89 Points

This 11-year-old Australian single malt has an aromatic and buttery nose with touches of buttered popcorn, vanilla, almonds, and allspice. The taste is light and tart with hints of tangerine underlying a nice lingering spiciness with hints of chocolate, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long and slightly tart with a nice balance of fruitiness and subtle spices. Very nice.
