Dimensions Strathmill 21
Country: Scotland
Region: Speyside
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Duncan Taylor
ABV: 54.8%
Score: 91 Points
This single cask bottling from Duncan Taylor’s Dimensions range was matured in a first-fill ex-Bourbon cask, and the nose has notes of vanilla, honey, coconut, lemon zest, and a hint of oak. The taste is peppery and intense, with a black pepper blast that doesn’t overwhelm notes of honey, vanilla, and coconut. The finish has lingering pepper, honey, and lemon with black tea in a good balance. (January, 2013)
