This Bourbon is distilled in Northern California using organic corn, wheat, rye, and barley. The nose is spicy and woody with touches of sandalwood, honey, vanilla, caramel, and a hint of tobacco leaf. The taste is spicy with black pepper, clove and cinnamon balanced nicely by honey, caramel, and cocoa notes underneath. The finish is long with lingering spices. (May, 2020)
