Speyburn 1975 Clan Cask

Country: Scotland

Region: Speyside

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 55.8%

Score: 92 Points

The nose is ripe with peaches, pears, plums, oak, and a hint of smoke. The taste is intense and complex with a cinnamon spiciness that’s balanced by a light smokiness and hints of tree fruits, licorice, and a touch of lemony tartness. The finish lingers nicely with an airy smokiness and notes of licorice, brown sugar, and honey.
