The nose is fruity and sweet with notes of butterscotch, vanilla, caramel candy, plums, raisins, and muted spices. The taste has a good balance of baking spices, butterscotch, vanilla, and a hint of raisins. The finish is long and sweet with honey, caramel candy, soft spices, and charred oak. (August, 2018)
