Image courtesy Speciality Drinks Ltd.This 23-year-old Speyside single malt from the long-gone Imperial Distillery has a nose full of dried flowers, honey, ginger, vanilla, and hints of oak and sawdust. The taste has a citrusy tartness with touches of vanilla, ginger, and honey. The tartness lingers on the finish along with a hint of dried flowers. (February, 2021)
