Signal Hill Canadian Whisky
Country: Canada
Region:
Type: Canadian Whisky
Bottler: Signal Hill Spirits
ABV: 40%
Score: 91 Points
This Canadian Whisky comes from an undisclosed distillery and is blended with Newfoundland spring water. The nose is nice and rich with sweet notes of caramel apples, maple, and butterscotch. The taste is smooth and sweet with caramel apples, honey, maple, and brown sugar, along with subtle hints of red grapes and raisins that carry over into the finish – which is long and sweet with lingering bit of honey.
