Country: Northern Ireland

Region:

Type: Irish Whiskey

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 46%

Score: 91 Points

This Irish Whiskey from Rademon Estate Distillery is made from a mashbill of 100% Irish malted rye and malted barley, then matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and virgin Chinkapin Oak casks. The nose has touches of baking spices, dried fruits, and honey. The taste is thick, oily, fruity and floral with a delayed onset of allspice and cinnamon that lasts throughout the long finish.
