This whiskey was distilled at MGP in Indiana and matured at Sagamore Spirit, then finished in Sherry casks. The nose has notes of raisins, figs, dates, and soft baking spices. The taste comes alive with a mouth-coating and chewy mouthfeel and notes of clove, cinnamon, and allspice that fade slowly to reveal touches of raisins, toffee, and honey sweetness. The finish is long with lingering spices and a touch of toffee (December, 2023)
