This 7-year-old Rye whiskey was distilled at Sagamore Spirit’s distillery in Baltimore, and the nose has touches of molasses cookies, brown sugar, and subtle spices. The taste starts off with a caramel candy sweetness followed by a slow onset of cinnamon and clove with molasses and brown sugar in the background. The finish is long with lingering spices and a touch of oak. (January, 2025)
