Part of the Legacy Series of bottlings from the revived Rosebank Distillery, this is made with some of the final casks laid down before the distillery closed in 1993. It was matured in a combination of refill ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, and the nose has touches of fresh berries, dried flowers, butterscotch, honey, and a hint of marzipan. The taste is fruity and tart with a nice kick of spice, fresh berries, honey, and marzipan. The finish is long and tart with a gentle spiciness. Outstanding! (June, 2024)
