This Canadian whisky comes from Sazerac, and the nose has notes of caramel, cocoa, coffee beans, dark chocolate, and hints of maple and almond oil. The taste has a good balance of cocoa, dark chocolate, espresso beans, almond oil, and muted spices. The finish is medium-length with touches of baking chocolate, coffee beans, and a hint of almond.
